1. Project and contact

Chezur is a project by Jaime Castillo bringing together trading education and training. The project contact is info@chezur.com. This version includes lessons, guides, market references, educational news, exercises, calculators and templates in Spanish and English.

These terms describe the published service. Completion of operator identification and legal review remain pending. The growth plan is neither a commitment to make every planned feature available nor a contract for future services.

2. Educational purpose

Content helps readers understand concepts, practise calculations, document hypotheses and review decisions. It provides no personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, custody or submission of market orders. Chezur does not receive money for trading or provide funded accounts.

News separates the official source fact from educational interpretation. Explaining an instrument does not establish its suitability for an individual. Simulated figures, hypothetical examples and quiz answers neither predict real results nor certify competence to trade real money.

3. What you can use in this version

You can read content, check understanding of examples, perform illustrative calculations and download text templates. The demo lets you advance through three synthetic scenarios, make an illustrative buy or sell decision, close it and review the move in points. Other market references do not announce support for those instruments in the demo.

The short demo works during the visit and loses its state on reload, departure or language change. My learning offers optional local progress and, with an enabled account, manual copying in either direction after confirming replacement; it does not sync automatically. When enabled and ready, the complete application lets you create synthetic practices, configure costs and limits, simulate trades, save plans and notes, browse history, repeat a scenario and compare attempts. Its cookie preserves the same access on reload or language change; it does not sync guests across devices.

Trades from a completed session can be downloaded as CSV. You can delete your account or guest access and its practices from the application panel after explicit confirmation, first resolving any pending subscription or payment operation. Email registration and recovery are offered only when accounts, legal readiness and the email provider are enabled. The account area reports unavailability; previously enabled accounts retain access. Private historical data is not distributed in this synthetic mode.

4. Limits of examples and calculators

Demo candles are synthetic. They represent no actual historical session, order book, execution queue, available liquidity or market latency. A move in points does not by itself include every cost or difficulty of a real trade.

The complete application also uses labelled synthetic scenarios. Its engine applies the configured commissions, slippage, execution rules and limits; USD amounts are simulated results, with no deposited balance or real orders. Repeating a familiar scenario is labelled and does not establish improved skill. The model does not reproduce every market execution condition.

Calculators work with your inputs and visible assumptions. Check units, currency, direction and costs before interpreting a result. A historical or hypothetical frequency is not a demonstrated future probability. A mathematically correct result does not validate a strategy.

Dated content retains its context. Specifications, hours, tool conditions and schedules can change. Consult original sources before using a fact whose current validity matters; the portal provides no quotations or automatically updated economic calendar.

5. Content, templates and sources

You may read original Chezur material and use downloadable templates for personal study. When citing an explanation, identify its origin and do not attribute your modifications to Chezur. For reuse beyond what the law or a resource’s stated licence permits, request permission from the project contact.

Links to institutions, announcements and tools identify sources; they do not transfer their rights to Chezur or grant a licence over entire pages, databases, trademarks or external historical data. Third-party material retains its own conditions. Data visible on a platform are not automatically authorised for redistribution.

Documentary references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by an institution or company. Resource recommendations describe educational usefulness and limitations without replacing your check of their current conditions.

6. Use and communications

Use the portal while respecting others’ rights and its operation. Do not attempt to access non-public information, introduce malicious content or disrupt availability. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s personal data in exercises and enquiries.

Contact prepares a draft in your email application; pressing the portal button does not confirm a sent message. Review the recipient and content before sending. An enquiry, suggestion or correction is neither a purchase nor a grant of access to private features.

7. Free access and availability

All current portal and synthetic practice functions are free. No card or subscription is required. You can start as a guest without email; existing accounts retain access. Email registration, verification and recovery, and payments, remain disabled in this phase. Any different future offer would need its own information and conditions before activation.

The application stores practices and offers state recovery, but guest access depends on a seven-day cookie and cannot be recovered by email if lost. Technical limits of 100 retained attempts and three active attempts at a time per user remain, together with request limits to protect the service. They do not restrict the catalogue or functions through payment. Finishing a practice frees an active slot but keeps the attempt in history. At the retained-history limit, new attempts cannot be created; you can still review and export saved data. My learning local saving depends on browser storage.

The published service provides no commitment of continuous availability, indefinite retention or a support deadline. Backups and technical restore checks do not amount to a recovery or availability guarantee. Content and tools may be corrected or replaced. These limitations do not remove non-waivable rights or responsibilities under applicable law.

8. Corrections, accessibility and changes

Write to info@chezur.com if you find an incorrect statement, broken link or accessibility barrier. Include the page, issue and, where possible, a source that helps review the content. A tool is not presumed personally tested when the page only describes its documentation.

These terms are dated 25 October 2026 and will be updated when portal scope changes. Consult Privacy for personal data requests. New features must be accompanied by appropriate information before they are offered to users.
