Privacy policy

Analytics and advertising respect the applicable regional consent signals.

Controller and contact

The data controller is Jaime Castillo, the owner identified in the Legal notice. Use the email published there to ask about this policy or exercise a right. Chezur asks only for the information reasonably needed to identify and answer the request.

Data and purposes

Chezur does not provide user accounts or first-party profiles. Technical delivery, security, audience measurement and advertising may process IP address, device information, visited pages, usage events and cookie identifiers. An email enquiry is processed to answer it and retain the necessary correspondence.

  • Technical delivery and security: technical necessity and, where applicable, legitimate interest.
  • Analytics and personalised advertising: consent where required.
  • Enquiries: consent, legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps depending on the subject.
  • Tax and legal records: compliance with an applicable obligation.

Google Analytics, AdSense and third parties

Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers as a result of measurement and ad serving. Third parties, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to Chezur or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.

Google and authorised advertising vendors or networks may process information under their own policies. A consent platform helps collect and communicate regional choices; it does not replace this privacy policy or the duty to explain the processing.

Advertising and consent choices

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Ads Settings. Where Google’s European regulations message is shown, you can accept, reject or manage the available purposes and later reopen the choices through the privacy control displayed on the site. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing lawfully completed beforehand.

Retention, transfers and rights

Google and other providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their policies. Chezur retains enquiries only as long as needed to answer them, meet obligations and handle possible claims; cookie durations are shown in the consent panel where applicable. Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent and complain to the competent supervisory authority.
