One record per decision
The download provides a text record you can duplicate for each decision, including choosing to stay out. It covers context, the rule, action, costs and review. It contains no executable formulas and submits no data to Chezur. Save records where you can find them and use stable identifiers to connect them with a plan or screenshot.
During practice
Write what you observe before knowing the outcome. State which condition was satisfied and what information was missing. If you change an order, record why and when. Avoid reconstructing a perfect explanation afterwards: the journal needs the evidence available at decision time. A decision without a trade can also demonstrate whether a rule was followed.
- Separate the original note from the later review.
- Record gross result, costs and net result without duplicate deductions.
- Leave unknown results marked as pending.
Review and next step
Assess rule adherence with a specific explanation. Select one error or difficulty and turn it into your next exercise. Compare similar decisions using consistent tags, including unfavourable outcomes. This is an original workflow proposal without user efficacy testing. Avoid adding account details, credentials or personal information that you do not need for learning.
