YOUR PRACTICE ROUTINE

Prepare. Practice. Review.

A useful session starts with a specific question and ends with a decision about what to practice next.

Prepare

Write an observable rule and its limits.

For example: wait for a close above the highest price visible at the start. Define what invalidates the idea and when you will stop the attempt. If you cannot explain the instrument, units and costs, review those foundations before placing an order.

Practise

Decide with the information available.

Advance without knowing the scenario outcome. Record what you could see when acting and why the action followed your plan. If the condition never appears, finishing without a trade also provides a decision to review.

Review

Compare the plan with what you did.

Separate following the plan, execution and outcome after costs. Identify a specific deviation and choose one correction for the next attempt. Repeating a known scenario rehearses the process; its outcome is not independent evidence.

Repeat the example with a new question.

In the demo, you can repeat the same example or choose another at random from three synthetic scenarios. Compare why you decided to enter or wait. In Training you can repeat a completed attempt and keep both records. Recognising the scenario limits what you can infer from the second outcome.

Waiting is part of practice too.

When you do not trade, distinguish between no signal appearing, avoiding an entry outside your plan, and seeing your condition but not acting. Each calls for a different review.

The result is one part of the review.

Compare your decisions with your initial objective and limits. A positive or negative simulated result alone does not explain how you followed your approach.

The short demo uses three synthetic examples and resets on departure. The full simulator saves independent attempts. Neither uses live quotes or certifies trading competence.
