What the download contains
The editable text file includes exercise identification, instrument, historical date, time zone, objective, rules and session closure. Open it in any text editor, complete the fields and save one copy per session. It is an original Chezur simulation template. It contains no suggested trades, personal data, macros or automatic calculations.
Complete it before practising
Choose a skill you can observe, such as placing and cancelling an order correctly. Define which information you will use and when you will stay out. If the exercise includes simulated limits, record their units and conditions. Note costs and missing data. Keep pending fields visible so the review does not assume something you have not checked.
- An entry or action rule you can explain.
- A condition for pausing and another for ending.
- Evidence you will preserve to assess the objective.
Close the exercise
At the end, record whether you followed the plan, a representative decision and your next exercise. Identify repeats of familiar scenarios. Keep the original plan even if you later change the rules: review requires knowing what you intended beforehand. This tool organises practice; it does not establish a valid trading strategy or readiness to trade with real money.
Use the template
Download the text file, fill in the fields and save your own copy. Your entries remain in the file you manage.
