Zeolite and resins: select target media from a measured target

Target media has limited affinity and capacity for particular ions or molecules. Water chemistry decides whether that promise applies.

Competition changes capacity

Other ions compete for exchange sites; pH and salinity alter behaviour. Vague “toxin removal” language is not enough for critical treatment.

Log mass, initial concentration, treated volume, date and removal criterion. Contain granules while allowing uniform flow.
